Trusted single-wallet accumulation. Fires when a proven elite wallet buys a young token with meaningful capital and is still holding after a short survival check.

Intent

Give Telegram operators a cleaner “smart money just moved” ping when the full Strong Launch cluster may not exist yet. This alert is built for human review: it is high-signal attention, not an execution instruction.

Trigger Conditions

Gate	Requirement
Elite buyer	Wallet is elite, trusted by age/quality-confidence, and not toxic by outcome history
Still held	Elite buy is mostly intact; sell/buy ratio must stay low
Size	≥ ~0.75 ETH bought, or ≥ ~0.50 ETH with trusted good-wallet support nearby
Age / FDV	Young-token regime, FDV capped around $500k
Score	Token score or buyer-quality score clears launch-relevance floors
Confirmation	Short delay checks price survival, volume, buy pressure, and elite exits

The rule intentionally ignores launch-bot playstyle wallets and keeps a separate rate limit from Strong Launch.

What It Means

Reading	Interpretation
Strong	A trusted elite wallet has put on size and is still holding while the tape survives
Useful	Good support wallets lower the capital floor but do not replace the elite buyer
Skip	Elite sold quickly, FDV is too high, wallet confidence is young/weak, or flow turns sell-heavy

Whale Buy can fire before broader cluster consensus. Use it to investigate early, not to bypass contract, liquidity, or deployer checks.

How Operators Use It

Open the wallet first. Confirm its prior wins, playstyle, and whether it is a fast flipper.
Check the net position. A large buy followed by a fast partial exit is weaker than a smaller clean hold.
Run /a <CA> for residual liquidity, current smart holders, deployer history, and critical reason codes.
Look for cluster follow-through. Whale Buy is stronger when good/elite peers appear after the first print.
