Intent

Detect renewed conviction from proven participants - not noise from fresh wallets, and not routine rebalancing by always-on bots. Dormancy is measured from the wallet’s prior activity, not from token age alone.

Trigger Conditions

Dormancy	Inactive > 7 days (last seen prior to this trade)
Size	Buy > 0.1 ETH (or chain-native quote equivalent) or > 1% of pool liquidity
Presence	A concrete triggering buy is attached to the evaluation

Elite tier receives a modest confidence boost; sybil penalties still apply.

What It Means

Reading	Interpretation
Strong	Elite wallet, long dormancy, size large vs pool - rare and high signal
Useful	Good tier with solid size - context for further research
Incomplete	Alone, never proves a launch is clean; needs LP, contract, and cohort checks

A dormant quality wallet waking up is often early narrative, not confirmation that others will follow.

How Operators Use It

Open the wallet - prior wins, recent silence, other concurrent positions.
Check buy size against liquidity (a 0.15 ETH buy into 0.2 ETH of depth is a different animal than into 50 ETH).
Run /a <CA> for residual depth, current smart holders, deployer serial activity, and critical flags.
Look for cluster follow-through - a lone dormant buy that never attracts peers often dies.
Do not auto-mirror; dormant capital can be wrong, late, or exit liquidity for someone else.
