Alert Reference
Starship fires alerts across two categories: buy signals and sell signals. Each alert includes the token address, confidence score, and relevant context.
Note that Starship is not designed for automated systems. Every alert is an informational signal – always do your own research before acting.
Buy Signals
Degen Launch
Buy SignalTrigger: Explosive early trading volume from quality-scored wallets within minutes of a token launch.
What it means: A new token is getting fast, concentrated attention from wallets with strong historical track records. The burst is happening early enough that the opportunity window is still open.
Suggested action: Evaluate the token fundamentals quickly. If the project checks out, this may be an early entry. Speed matters – the window is short.
Strong Launch
Buy SignalTrigger: Multiple smart money wallets accumulating the same token in a short window.
What it means: Wallets that have historically been early to profitable trades are independently converging on the same token. This cluster behaviour is one of the strongest signals the system generates.
Suggested action: Worth close attention. Check the token contract, liquidity depth, and holder distribution. A smart money cluster on a legitimate project is a high-quality signal.
Strong Floor
Buy SignalTrigger: Price stabilising with accumulation after a pullback. Support level forming with buy-side volume. Quality buyers are maintaining or adding to positions.
What it means: The token pulled back from a recent high but is finding a floor. Buyers are stepping in at this level, suggesting it may hold as support.
Suggested action: If you were watching this token but missed the initial move, a confirmed floor can be a lower-risk entry. Wait for the floor to hold before committing.
Sell Signals
Smart Distribution
Sell SignalTrigger: Smart money wallets staggering sales of their positions.
What it means: The wallets that were early buyers are now selling. When smart money exits, it often precedes a broader decline.
Suggested action: Review your position. If smart money is exiting, consider whether your thesis still holds. At minimum, tighten your risk management.
Trend Break
Sell SignalTrigger: A key support level broken with follow-through selling, confirmed by smart wallet action.
What it means: The price has dropped below a level that previously held, and sellers are pushing it lower. This is a structural change – the trend may be reversing.
Suggested action: If you’re holding, this is a strong signal to reassess. Consider exiting or reducing your position. Broken support often becomes resistance.
