Catch the “quiet token just woke up” moment without relying on raw volume alone. Strong Volume is the independent path for tokens that did not already have a Strong Launch in STRSHP history: it needs clean market structure, positive trusted-wallet flow, enough holders, and a constructive cohort mix.

The exact thresholds are production-tuned, but the shape is stable: volume expansion plus quality flow plus survivable holder structure.
